- Develop and execute the company's overall compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational goals.
- Continuously refine and enhance salary structures, incentive schemes, stock options, and other compensation plans to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct market salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure the company's pay structure is competitive and equitable.
- Establish, review, and optimize salary frameworks and incentive programs based on industry trends and organizational needs.
- Design and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, social security, housing funds, retirement plans, and additional fringe benefits.
- Ensure benefits programs are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with local regulations.
- Create and implement performance management systems and incentive schemes to motivate employees and align performance with business outcomes.
- Collaborate with leadership to set targets and evaluate performance-related compensation adjustments.
- Oversee the annual salary adjustment process, ensuring processes are fair and promote internal equity across all levels of the organization.
- Address any pay gap concerns and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through pay structures and frameworks.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems related to compensation and benefits, ensuring data accuracy, security, and confidentiality.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and provide actionable insights on compensation trends.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the C&B team, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Build a high-performance team culture that champions C&B excellence and innovation.
- Monitor industry trends, government policies, and regulatory changes to ensure all C&B initiatives are fully compliant and strategically aligned with market developments.
- Take proactive measures to update company policies as external labor laws or trends evolve.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, providing expert consultation on compensation and benefits programs to support the company's talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's degree or certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) are a plus.
- Experience: Over 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in a managerial role.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of market compensation trends, incentive design, HR analytics, and applicable policies/regulations.
