- Lead the full project lifecycle from feasibility, business planning, and approvals through design, construction, and close-out
- Manage and control project budgets, cost plans, cash flow, and change management (CapEx and OpEx)
- Oversee consultants, contractors, landlords, and vendors to ensure performance and compliance
- Develop and manage project schedules, risk registers, and mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate standards, and HSE requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders, providing clear reporting and governance
- Drive value engineering, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support procurement, tendering, contract administration, and commercial negotiations
- Provide mentorship and leadership to Project Managers and project teams, as applicable
- Contribute to portfolio planning, fee proposals, and business development activities
- 10-18+ years of experience in corporate real estate, workplace, commercial interiors, or capital project delivery
- Proven experience delivering complex office fit-outs, refurbishments, and/or multi-site programs
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and cost management
- Experience working with multinational clients or regional portfolios preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline required
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, RICS, or equivalent preferred
