- Be responsible for IP strategy development and implementation with business
- Work closely with business to harvest and protect IP assets, and manage its lifecycle
- Work together with business to mitigate and manage IP risk, provide IP legal advice and guidance on software, IOT and innovation matters involving contracts, JDA, NDA, strategic alliances, etc.
- In charge of all IP legal work, including manage IP dispute, IP transaction etc.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering, Math, Science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience as IP attorney and preferably extensive experience working in MNCs
- Must be flexible, self-driven and possess a positive outlook with an innovative and creative spirit.
- Customer oriented and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin.
- Required Member of China Patent Bar
- Preferred Master's (Business or equivalent)
- Preferred member of China Legal Bar
