Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher, coupled with over 10 years of relevant work experience in supplier developmentr in Auto industry.
Expertise in plastic molding and over-molding technologies, with a strong theoretical and practical understanding.
A minimum of 5 years' experience specifically in molding tooling design, demonstrating technical proficiency.
Experience in supplier quality management or production management is considered a valuable asset.
Demonstrated commitment to achieving business targets and driving performance excellence.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships on an international level.
A proven record of leadership, capable of fostering collaborative relationships and motivating teams.
A curious and open-minded approach, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
Strong influencing skills to effectively advocate for change and improvement.
Performance-oriented mindset, focusing on measurable outcomes and project success.
Ability to maintain a consistent VAVE approach across all project phases.
