- Design and deliver engaging ESL lesson plans that are appropriate for Grade 2 and Grade 3 students.
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages students to practice and improve their English language skills.
- Assess student progress and provide tailored feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Incorporate various teaching methodologies and resources to support diverse learning styles.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a positive learning community.
- Native English speaker only.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
- Teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) required, QTS, PGCE, US teaching license is preferred.
- Experience teaching ESL to elementary school students.
- Strong understanding of child development and language acquisition principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging students and their families.
- Creative and adaptable teaching approach to cater to different learning needs.
