- Assist the shift leader to complete daily production activities and tasks efficiently and timely in accordance with SOP and plant procedures, policies and regulations related to HSE, quality and operation. 根据SOP和工厂的程序、政策和规章，及HSE，质量和操作相关的操作手册，协助值班长高效及时地完成日常生产活动和任务。
- Ensure the plant is operated under the HSE requirement and NO reportable HSE incidents/accidents or serious near miss. 确保工厂按照HSE要求运行，没有报告的HSE事件/事故或严重的险情。
- Ensure the plant productivity and product quality is inside requirement via. implementing the correct operation on field. 在现场执行正确的操作，确保工厂生产效率和产品质量符合要求。
- Operate efficiently and conduct lean operation to reduce the waste and save energy and utility. 高效、精益操作，减少浪费，节约能源和公用工程。
- Conduct correct operations in cleaning of equipment and product change over to save the down time. 进行正确的设备清洗和产品更换操作，以节省停机时间。
- Senior high school or above or technical secondary school of chemical or above. 高中及以上学历或化工中专及以上学历。
- At least 2 years' experiences in chemical industry. 至少两年以上化工行业工作经验。
- Basic knowledge for Chemical, mechanical, instrument, electric. Fire Protection System & Fighting Equipment. 具备基本的化工、机械、仪表、电气知识,消防系统及灭火设备。
- Good communication with shift coordinator and field operator. 与值班协调员和现场操作员保持良好的沟通。
- College degree or above in chemical engineering 化工专业大专以上学历
- Familiar with Chemical equipment. 熟悉化工设备
- Understanding of P&I Diagram cont. 能理解P&I工艺图
- Monitoring knowledge and ability for Maintenance 具备维护和监控的知识与能力
- English skills 具备基础英文能力
