Description :Are you passionate about Reservations and Customer Service with a keen interest in the hospitality industry? As a Reservationist, you will join the Regional Sales & Marketing teams, reporting into the Managing Director, Greater China in Shanghai. You will collaborate with sales & marketing colleagues in Greater China to help deliver high impact activities that drive revenue, customer relationships, and brand awareness. This is a full-time position located in Shanghai and we offer flexible workplace.Key Goals & Objectives
  • Establishes relationships with key customers (travel agents and direct consumers) to achieve our Core Purpose as well as maintain all established performance standards.
  • Consistently achieves exceptional performance ratings on call and email observations.
  • Consistently achieves the established call and email standards.
  • Achieves the yearly number of enrollments/renewals for Leaders Club members.
  • Achieves set response time to clients.
Responsibilities
  • Answers inbound/makes outbound telephone calls from/to various customers and provides information to secure hotel reservations. Assists with service requests that drive incremental revenue to our member hotels and builds customer loyalty.
  • Assist China colleagues with work overflow as required.
  • Processes reservation requests and service inquires that are received via email.
  • Follow up with customers on a timely basis on special requests, and room/rate requests.
  • Present the features and benefits of the LHW brand while interacting with customers through personalized conversations.
  • Maintain a sound understanding and adhere to all LHW policies and procedures.
  • Actively participates in team meetings.
  • Compile data and distributes reports for additional handling if requested by their supervisor.
  • Action Leaders Club upgrade requests in a timely manner.
  • Identify potential for new Leaders Club member acquisition.
  • Action Leaders Club enrollments and renewals.
Requirements & Experiences
  • Pleasant disposition with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Hospitality, travel, luxury, international experience preferred.
Skills & Abilities
  • Proactive with initiative and a strong sense of urgency
  • Keen eye for detail and meticulous in follow up
  • Team player and a keen learner with excellent interpersonal & organization skills
  • System savvy and possesses good computer skills (i.e. MS Office)
  • Ability to demonstrate LHW core values.

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
