Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipment scheduling and tracking

協調日常物流運作，包括出貨排程及追蹤 * Prepare shipping documents and handle labeling/packaging of goods準備出貨文件，並處理貨物的標籤／包裝 * Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory維護準確的出貨與庫存記錄 * Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation and prepare reports執行文書工作，如資料輸入、歸檔、文件準備及報告撰寫 * Manage office administration and provide support to various departments管理辦公室行政事務，並為各部門提供支援 * Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned按指派執相關臨時性工作RequirementsWho we’re looking for:
我們期望你:

High school diploma/ Higher Diploma holder or equivalent; preferably in logistic or related discipline

有高中學歷/高級文憑或同等學歷；物流相關專業更佳 * 2-3 years of experience of relevant working experience preferred, preferably from FCMG, 3PL or warehouse background2-3 年相關工作經驗者優先，具快速消費品（FMCG），物流承辦公司或倉務管理背景更佳 * Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Excel, proficiency in BI Tool is a plus.熟悉倉庫管理系統（WMS）及Excel ，懂操作BI Tool 更佳 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.具優秀的溝通及人際技巧 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.能在快節奏環境中獨立工作及有團隊合作精神 * Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin良好的中英文書寫及口語能力，包括普通話 * Immediately available is highly preferred能即時上班者優先BenefitsWhy Join Us:
