Initiating, deploying and monitoring the AO SUMS related Process Standard landscape of management system aligned with stakeholders and supervisor
Status reporting for the management system implementation progress to AO management
Support for the management system status presentation preparation of important committees
Regular meeting organization to synchronize information also track open points with stakeholders
Necessary resource for management system booking within AO area
Participate management system regular meeting as AO representative
Transfer management system implementation experience with team
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SUMS Processes, Audit and project management

Qualification and skills required for the position:

Bachelor degree in Automotive/ Electrical/Industry Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management
Fresh graduate is accepted, with working experience is preferred, familiar with project / process management methodology experience in the similar role is a plus
Strong intercultural communication and coordination skills (must)
Strong willing to bring new idea and team sprite (must)
Familiar with PPT, WORD, EXCEL (must)
Experience in any Volkswagen brand is preferred (nice to have)
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strong result-orientation required (nice to have)
Language: Business language skills in English (written and oral) (must)
Familiar with German (nice to have)
