Ensure timely completion of assigned applied technology projects, innovation projects and technical service within Asia-Pacific region and from global platform.
Work closely with global AT team members to contribute the professional inputs.
Independently responsible for figuring out various approaches to implement and manage all related activities of the AT projects.
Prepare product performance data and present it internally/externally.
Traveling together with business team to provide professional technical solutions to increase the customer intimacy
Observe the market development and transit it into technical idea.
Be responsible for lab safety and 5S and other ESH-related topics
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor. degree, or above, in the field of polymer chemistry or material science.
2 years of experience working in free radical polymerization or relevant field is preferred. * Be responsible for technical service in China region
Be familiar with preparation and characterization of polymers.
Participate in AT projects and provide technical solutions as required.
Closely collaborate with colleagues in SP labs or other BLs/departments (especially other coating labs).
Ability to positively interact with all level people projects and lab activities relate to
Knowledge and experience in project management and have the capability of problems solving during project management.
Fluent in written and oral English
Maintain instruments/equipment on a regular basis.
Submit lab report/ lab log in time.
