Responsibilities
  • Business leadership to deliver product's revenue & margin growth targets.
  • Identify & prioritize product opportunities at lead customers, build compelling business cases in both top line growth and profitability improvement, deploy through explicit actionable strategies.
  • Lead team of Product to establish the right local offering through localization, new product development and communication. Utilizing segmentation, targeting and positioning.
  • Lead 'Go to Market' Strategy to improve the customer stratification, customers growth, and service levels.
  • Develop the marketing management strategy through customer value, cost, channel/communication management and process owner.
  • Working with Field Application team, to drive specification and influence at our key customers.
  • Corporate with Commercial Operation team to develop the product pricing strategy and pricing process.
  • SIOP and demand planning and forecasting, market and customer trends assessment to deploy competitive share gain programs.
  • Align daily/weekly with Commercial Excellence and Operational Excellence leadership to ensure implementation of growth plans to hit aggressive revenue and margin growth targets.
  • Build a strong working partnership with customers, sales, engineering, product marketing, operations to translate end market needs into actionable initiatives.
Experience and Skill Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business, MBA strongly preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant B2B product marketing management leadership
  • Industry expertise of Gearbox.
  • Significant upstream and downstream marketing management experience; customer value, customer cost, channel and communication that impact profitable marketing share gain.
  • Significant Upstream and Product Marketing experience; Strategic planning/ management/ commercialization experience.
  • Self-starter, overcomes objections, action-oriented and has a 'can do' attitude.
  • Proven track record in creating new sources of value and delivering profitable market share gain.
  • Outstanding direct and indirect leadership skills.
  • Proficient English written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel (inter)nationally as needed.
