Have a eye for market trends, a strong understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to drive sales through effective merchandising strategies.Develop and execute a comprehensive merchandise strategy to drive sales and achieve revenue targets for both e-commerce and offline stores.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment on product assortments and promotional activities.Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform product selection and pricing strategies.Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including assortment planning, forecasting, and inventory management to optimize sales and minimize excess inventory.Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure product availability and profitability.Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to the merchandise strategy.Develop seasonal product calendars, assortments, and visual merchandising guidelines for both online and offline channels.Lead the merchandising team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure the team's success and growth.oversee the product strategy and assortment planning for our contemporary appare|brand across both e-commerce and offline retail channelsBachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, product management, or retail buying, preferably in the apparel industry.Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of retail math, sales analysis, and inventory management.Proven track record of driving sales and profitability through effective merchandising strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, retail software, and e-commerce platforms.All categories with both online and offline businessContemporary apparel with expanding business in MainlandIf you are a strategic thinker with a passion for contemporary fashion and a proven ability to drive sales through effective merchandising strategies, we would love to hear from you.
