作为前厅部经理您需要:To provide general management support throughout the hotel at all times, monitoring guest satisfaction, security, and employee's activities. Responsible for the general administration and profitability of the Front Office Department including Front Desk, Concierge, Service Centre, Transportation, Guest Relations, Business Center and Horizon Club.时刻履行管理职能,监测客人满意度、安全感和员工的行为。对前厅包括前台、礼宾部、服务中心、运输部、客户关系、商务中心、豪华阁进行整体管理,并注重各部门的利润状况。
