- Ensure clear strategy aligned at WUX site, identify white spots and derive respective actions/project out of it to close gaps
- Support unit process roadmaps for key unit processes enabling at site
- Support unit process roadmaps and drive respective benchmarks
- Identify and develop new Process technology and improve process capability to meet new requirements
- Track and monitor the emerging market technology and lead the definition and implementation of new equipment, material, and process technologies at site
- Governance PBC (Process Block Catalogue), technical Expert to TPC (Technology Process Chain)
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrochemistry, Surface Engineering, Material Science or Polymer Chemistry
- At least 7 years of working experience in semiconductor packaging and advanced material processing
- Strong involvement with hand-on experience in plating process (e.g., NiPdAu, Ag, Cu, Pd), die attach (e.g., Ag sintering, epoxy, solder, conductive adhesives) and other wet processes with strong chemistry / chemical engineering backbone
- Proven experience collaborating across multi-national organization and diverse cultural environments
- Proven leadership with an excellent record of R&D and technical achievement
- Sound knowledge in semiconductor engineering and operation
- Highly skilled in fostering collaboration, driving effective negotiation and developing practical solutions
- Able to lead team effectively to address complex challenges by applying structured problem-solving tools such as 8D and FMEA
