  • Train the staff in the lab and provide problem solving/technical guide on test relative activities. 为实验室员工提供培训，并在技术上提供相应的指导及解决方法。
  • Review and track the BHC Policies, perform gap analysis to ensure QC continuously compliance with regulation requirement. 回顾并跟踪BHC法规，执行差异分析来保证QC持续地符合相关法规的要求。
  • Review and evaluate the testing data, review the validation protocol and report. 复核并评估各种实验数据、复核各种验证方案及报告。
  • revise and improve the document (such as SOP, FRM, TS, TR). 完善各种文件（如：SOP、FRM、TS、TR）。
  • Establish stability test protocol and report, write and review the related investigation and evaluation report 起草稳定性方案和报告、起草和复核QC相关的各种调查与评估。
WHO YOU ARE
  • 3 years of working experience in quality control function in pharmaceutical industry. 制药企业3年以上QC工作经验。
  • Familiar with the current edition pharmacopoeia and lab related GMP documents. 熟悉现行版药典和实验室相关的各类GMP文件。
  • University degree or above with pharmacy or chemistry related professional. 大学或以上药学或化学相关专业。
  • Have some analytical skills and ability to solve problems in analysis. 对分析工作中出现的问题有一定的分析能力和解决能力。
  • Have the good team cooperation spirit. 具有良好的团队合作精神。
  • Proficient in computer operation and use office software. 会熟练使用电脑和办公软件。
  • Fluent English in reading and writing, can operate the English workstation of equipment such as HPLC/GC. 熟练的英文读写能力，能操作HPLC/GC等仪器的英文工作站。
