Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze monthly financial results, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare management reports and presentations with clear insights and recommendations.
Business Partnering
  • Work closely with operations, sales, and other departments to provide financial guidance.
  • Support decision-making through scenario analysis, cost-benefit evaluations, and ROI assessments.
Process Improvement & Controls
  • Identify opportunities to enhance FP&A processes, tools, and reporting efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies.
Analysis & Strategic Projects
  • Support special projects such as pricing strategies, investment evaluations, and market analysis.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Provide training and guidance to enhance analytical and business partnering capabilities.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA/CMA/ACCA is a plus).
Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance-related functions, with strong exposure to cost analysis and financial planning.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with SAP or Onestream systems is strongly preferred.
  • Able to use PowerBI/Tableau，have knowledge for database
Language Skills:
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Other Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions.
