• 在集团FES的框架下管理和开展物流的各项工作，执行和拓展佛吉亚生产控制及物流的政策。

• 客户关系；
• 监督和指导日常工作；
• 对客户需求作预测,对客户需求变化进行应对。如有因客户产量和工程变化导致相关呆料费用，负责向客户进行沟通；
• 工厂内部物流协调
• 监控物流的各项流程，100%遵守集团内部控制流程；
• 制定PIC交由工厂经理会讨论;
• 与生产部经理共同保证PDP的达成;
• 支持生产，保证QCD目标一致;
• 贯彻执行物流改进计划，并与其他部门相协调;
• 负责根据客户需求制定生产计划，并监控生产计划的完成情况;
• 发展和监控所有物料计划和控制方面的政策的实施。定义和发行物料计划和控制方面的指导书。审阅物料控制报告，与生产部和其他相关部门沟通。对改进物料库存方面进行建议;
• 供应商管理
• 提高物流供应商绩效，改善与他们的关系;
• 计划、组织和管理产品发送的活动。负责计划和协调发货活动，并负责协助选择物流供应商和管理物流供应商；
• 团队管理
• 保证团队成员的安置，培训和发展；
• 确保员工激励工作的展开和执行 （如：月度会议，合理化建议，自主管理等）；
• 物流绩效跟踪及改善
• 监控物流绩效;
• 按时提报工厂物流绩效指标，制定改善计划;
• 计划、组织和管理与物料链和物流链全面管理相关的活动。发展和改进公司的物流控制系统，确保物料和产品的供应，保证物料的可追溯性;
• 计划、组织和管理仓库活动。在进料、出料、物料运输、物料处理、物料储藏、物料部署和仓库库存控制等方面建立操作程序。确保仓库的物理条件和设备条件;
• 物流Layout规划及改善能力
• 熟悉价值流（MIFD）管理
• JIT window分析能力
• 完成领导临时交代的其他事务。

• 教育背景: 本科学历及以上，理工科专业优先
• 经验: 三年以上物流，生产，采购相关工作经验; 2年以上管理经验3

• Master's degree in industrial or supply-chain management highly preferred, Bachelors degree minimum requirement

• At least 5 years of experience in production control and logistics, preferably in the automotive industry
• Experience in operations, including Safety and Quality basics

• Minimum English language required
• Customer orientation / Leadership / Team spirit / Autonomy /Rigor / Openness to new ideas
• Knowledge of the ERP processes and tools, and the ability to detect, understand, and solve issues
• Knowledge of the APICS and Faurecia system principles
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales, customers, purchasing, suppliers, program team, engineering, and plant staffing
