- Global Security Operations (SOC): Lead the global SOC framework to monitor, detect, and mitigate cybersecurity threats across all international business units.
- Global Site Support: Manage and coordinate IT support functions for offices worldwide, ensuring seamless technical operations and high service quality for global staff.
- Standardization: Establish and implement unified IT support standards, security protocols, and incident response procedures globally.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration: Coordinate technical resources across different time zones to resolve complex IT issues and ensure business continuity.
- Agile Adaptation: Rapidly adjust IT strategies and deployments to align with the company’s fast-changing business needs and global expansion.
- Language: Native or professional fluency in English and Mandarin. English must be used as the primary working language for global communication and reporting.
- Core Experience: 8+ years of IT management experience, with a mandatory background in Security Operation Center (SOC) management.
- Global Expertise: Proven experience in managing IT support for multiple global locations; a background in IT Consulting (e.g., Big 4, Accenture) is a significant advantage.
- Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and effectively manage rapid changes and global complexities.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of global IT infrastructure, cloud security, and international data compliance standards.
