Optimize product QCD in mass production with product SE-Team
Driving implementation and optimization of production flows and procedures
Define product KPIs / planning premises and define measures for achievement
Driving evaluation and reporting of production-related KPI´s
Driving decisions with product SE-Team, w.r.t QCD related topics
Representing operations in mass production to development
Qualifications
Bachelor degree (or higher) in Microelectronics or related field
Self-motivated, good coordination and moderation skills
Good English in written and verbal
Good communication skills and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
Assertiveness
Strong leadership skills in project management work
At least 5 years related work experience
Production-related data analysis and manufacturing control tools
Statistical process control (e.g. SBL, Maverick, cpk, BOPP)
Quality methods (e.g. 8D, problem solving, failure analysis)
