- Identify Right Digital Partners i.e. both size and natural need.
- On-board quality Digital Partners contributing to CPBB overall revenue and share of digital %.
- Develop Pitch book and professionally pitch at Digital Partners for a 'Win-Win' business collaboration.
- Propose collaboration opportunities and develop business case for each partner.
- Make regular monthly visit and conduct feedback to further improve / explore further product enhancement / platform integration and or other opportunities.
- Work with credit risk to conduct the portfolio risk analysis and management.
- Track and monitor corporate partners performance as per approved financial plan and justification for corporate partnership renewals.
- Monitor and evaluate the regulation requirements and ensure the cooperation complies with internal management and regulatory requirements of SCB.
- Solution driven and manage projects from end to end perspective that enhances our capability to conduct business with partners when needed, including but not limited to streamline business operation process, customized product setup.
- Responsible for portfolio risk monitor and management; identify potential risks through data analysis and seek for potential solutions.
- Conduct appropriately and professionally as SCB representative; no mis-selling / over-promise on Bank's commitment to Corporate Partners.
- Meet Digital Partners governance criteria and requirement including visitation, documentation check, etc.
- Ensure all Digital Partners materials are officiated by Legal and Compliance for external usage.
- Follow through that SCB and Corporate Partners both fulfil Legal Contract agreements.
- To keep abreast with latest bank policy, changes in regulations / compliances, budget controls as well as current market trends, clients needs, especially competitor strategies.
- Regular review as per DOI and exceptional cases investigation and following up.

- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
- Lead the team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment].
- Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.
- Regulators (CBIRC / PBOC / SAFE), CFCC, Risk (Credit / Operation), Legal, BRM, S&T, Tech, etc
- Bachelor’s degree or above
