- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in semiconductor equipment design and development, such as wire bonding or related technologies
- Proficient in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or CATIA
