FlexPLM Support Engineer

• Provide support, maintenance, and enhancements for FlexPLM applications.
• Analyze business requirements and implement solutions within PLM modules.
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Perform configuration, customization, and integration of FlexPLM systems.
• Support product development processes including BOM, materials, and sample management.
• Work on system testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations.
• Maintain system documentation, data models, and process flows.

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 3 5 years in PLM (Retail/Footwear preferred).
• Strong knowledge of FlexPLM (v11+) and related modules.
• Experience with FlexConnect / TRC and Type Manager.
• Good understanding of product development lifecycle and PLM processes.
• Hands-on experience in Java, JavaScript, JSP, SQL, XML, JSON, and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Strong SQL skills (preferably Oracle).
• Experience in system integration and data modeling.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
