Senior Social Media Manager

• Build, execute, and scale social campaigns across all our social media channels - including but not limited to X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram - while continuously innovating and exploring platform expansion opportunities to reach diverse global crypto audiences.
• Create campaign calendars and contribute creative ideas to achieve platform growth objectives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sports sponsorship campaigns to maximize cross-industry audience reach and enhance brand awareness.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally and cross-functionally to execute campaigns, drive excitement around Bitget's key products and initiatives, and build brand awareness.
• Work closely with the global social media team to develop creative copy for crypto-related content and brand messaging.
• Monitor daily trends on X, holidays, and events to create timely, trending content.
• Assist with social media posting requests when needed.
• Track campaign performance and objectives using social media analytics tools or third-party platforms, and produce regular performance reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media campaigns, with a strong understanding of the digital media landscape.
• Working knowledge of defining social media calendars, strategies, and executing paid social campaigns. Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and social media copywriting skills, with the ability to transform long-form information and insights into engaging, digestible, compelling, and on-brand social content that drives impressions and engagement.
• Passionate about social media, with a continuous interest in researching content to create innovative, resonant, and authentic brand campaign experiences.
• Familiarity with sports such as football (soccer) and motorsports is a plus.
• Proven experience using social media management tools for monitoring, reporting, and engagement (e.g., Meltwater, Sprinklr, Similarweb, Twitter Analytics, etc.).
• Crypto industry experience and a strong interest in crypto are required.
• Near-native proficiency in spoken and written English is required; Mandarin is preferred.
