- Process optimization, incorporate the lean techniques into product research and development.
- Responsible for new product introducing and efficiency improvement, cost reduction.
- Prepare technical documents such as product BOM tables, process drawings, product standards, technical conditions, instructions, special features, and packaging requirements.
- Adjust the process parameters according to the production progress and conduct real-time monitoring. Coordinate and solve technical issues such as deviations in the production process.
- Technology optimization plans for each stage of the product, aiming to enhance the company's technical level and the feasibility of the products, thereby ensuring the quality and efficiency targets of the products.
- Accept other job responsibilities as required by Supervisor.
- 3 years + experience in pressure vessel/valve technology research and development as well as technical management, or in thermal energy/cooling engineering design.
- With rich experience of complex mechatronic system, or valve assembly will be preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma experience will be preferred.
