Abnormal issue lots handling and tracking: following engineers' instruction to dispose abnormal lots- set lot hold/release/test program/sampling/reliability assessment, collect data, generate report, and handle alarm timely.
1st level EFA for QA monitor item as OQA/SRA/EFR/EOL/ORT failure: do failure verification, have knowledge to do basic failure verify, release QND issue, monitor result tracking and summary.
Test execution: familiar with reliability test items and equipment, like TC/BHAST/HTST, support system level test as SRA/EFR/EOL, monitor the utilization testers/thermos, report issues and follow-up, support engineer to change units and tester setup.
Units borrowing/handling/ Shipping, communicate with warehouse/import department, provide necessary information or documents, work on process of getting units from warehouse, communicate with warehouse to borrow units.
6S compliance management: lab improvement under 6s standard. And follow up 6S findings updates.

Qualifications

College Diploma, Major in Engineering will be preferred
Minimum 2 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing
Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, diagnose root cause, and apply corrective actions
Self-motivated, passionate about troubleshooting and solving experiment problems
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Basic English reading and writing skill
