1. You will be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, repair, technical modification, and decommissioning management of high/low voltage power distribution, power, lighting, automation equipment, and electrical control systems in factory/project sites to ensure continuous and stable operation.2. You will be responsible for managing water, electricity, gas, and other energy resources in the factory, analyzing energy consumption, complying with ISO energy management system requirements, and achieving energy-saving goals.3. You will analyze equipment failure causes, reduce downtime, and be responsible for continuous equipment improvement.4. You will be responsible for spare parts procurement and acceptance of related equipment. Manage outsourced construction and maintenance contractors, supervising construction quality and safety.5. You will provide electrical safety and equipment operation training to operators/maintenance personnel and collaborate with production, quality, engineering, and other departments to complete equipment acceptance and capacity assurance, other tasks assigned by Line Manager.6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.7. You hold a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical systems engineering, maintenance, or equipment management, preferably within a large industrial or manufacturing environment.3. Strong understanding of power distribution systems, motor control centers, protective relays, switchgear, transformers, and other industrial electrical equipment.4. Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications. Experience with PLC/SCADA systems and industrial automation is a plus.5. Knowledge of relevant electrical safety standards and regulations, demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to conduct root cause analysis.6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.7. Project management experience is highly desirable.More about us
