  • Motor rotor and stator process quality control.
  • Process non-conform handling and customer claim leading in IPU. As quality representative in IPU, push qulaity improvement (Process approach, equipment, skill competence).
  • Collabrate with AME, production, facility and R&D.
  • Participate in the improvement of new products development.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written). Skilled in English writing & reading.
  • 5+ years of experience of quality/process engineer in JV / WOFE.
  • Senior engineer of motor especially stator/rotor is preferred, the above requirements may reduced.
