Leveraging on the developmental plans of Shanghai New Bund International Business District, the new Shangri-La hotel will be an ideal venue for meetings and events, plus offer the places for both a relaxed stay and inspirational experiences for locals and travelers alike.We are looking for Communications Manager, we rely on you to:
- Assists in maintaining comprehensive master slide library for all advertising, collateral, and public relations activities.
- Assists and supports the co-ordination of photography for advertising, collateral and public relations purposes between the hotel, advertising agency and the marketing department at corporate office.
- Helps with the publication of hotel's newsletters.
- Gathers and distributes to relevant parties information/ad. clippings of competitor hotels.
- Supports communications duties and functions as deemed necessary.
- Monitors activities of competitor hotels and trends within the industry.
- Participates in monthly forecasting of the department's expenses.
- Performs additional related duties as deemed necessary and appropriate to the communications status.
- You should be a motivator, self-starter, and team builder
- You should display initiative and commitment to professional values
- Basic in oral and written English and Mandarin due to the working needs.
- You should be a quick learner.
- At least 2 years similar experience in 5 stars hotels.
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Should have a capability of thinking out of box.
