- Monitoring and ensuring timely and accurate reporting of the status of engines undergoing maintenance at the DAT.
- Facilitating resolution of issues that impact the DAT’s ability to complete maintenance activities according to standards and commitments.
- Ensuring DAT’s compliance with GTF MRO Network policies and contract requirements.
- Facilitating communication between the DAT and customers.
- Verifying and quantifying DAT capabilities and capacity.
- Preparing forecasts and commitments related to DAT output.
- Working with the GTF Network cost management team to execute commercial strategy for cost reduction.
- Developing standard work for interactions between the DAT and PW/IAE.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field of study with 7+ years of relevant work experience including project and/or operations management
- Master’s or other advanced degree in a business or technical field of study with 5+ years of relevant work experience including project and/or operations management
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is desirable: MRO or Engine Assembly Operations, Customer Support, Contracts, Process Engineering or Powerplant Engineering.
- Working knowledge of gas turbine engines and airline/engine maintenance operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), presentation and data management skills.
- Ability to effectively team across organizations to accomplish shared goals.
- Strong judgment, influencing, negotiating and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated application of continuous improvement principles/tools.
- Anticipated travel up to 20%.
- English language proficiency level of C2
