Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes.Job Description

Develop and implement policies and procedures to support sales processes.
Calculate sales achievement, maintain information of sales activities and sales performance metrics.
Analyse sales performance for the development of sales plans and forecasts.
Administer agency compensation, awards and benefits.

Requirements

At Least 1-3 years related working experiences.
Good communication skills.
