
Reliability Engineer – VIE Contract

- Design the predictive strategy for global maintenance plan of the two facilities in a fully digital environment in the program Reliability and digitalization team.
- As input, take in account impacts of potential failures on the 14 steps of insulin production and its value stream.
- Collaborate with automation and digital teams for integration of Smart Instrumentation and (IoT) devices. Contribute to site historian parameterization.
- Define the advanced diagnostics data to collect. A good knowledge of key parameters on the process and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) analysis are to take in account.
- Implement conditional activities in substitution of systematic activities in maintenance instructions. Consider predictive approach if historic data is available in the monitoring solution. Support of AI tools or data scientists’ analysis is a plus.
- Build a structured process to manage workorder based on pre-alarming of conditional/predictive monitoring. Take in account planning, scheduling and execution phases through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), integer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on costs and technical availability.
- Lead the transfer management of new plans to local Chinese organization with operational maintenance teams. Take in account local environment for external support and resources.
- Worked more than 2 years in technical positions in industrial sites, including at least one experience in Engineering and Maintenance on a large-scale production environment.
- Experience and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and EU guidelines especially data integrity requirements.
- Experience in working in a large, complex matrixes environment with global processes and governance structures.
- Rigorous, organized, factual and results-oriented.
- Good general technical knowledge in mechanical and automation, ability to interact with experts, especially instrumentation and digital.
- Ability to “speak with data” and data flow management in a 0-paper environment. Experiences with some streaming engines solutions, ERP and CMMS Systems, historian solutions or data lake solutions.

- Master’s degree in industrial engineering domain.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Chinese, German and/or French would be a plus.
