Accept online and offline customers' booking needs for the hotel, and properly solve them.
Answer customers' inquiries about hotel and other product information, answer them and make relevant records.
Be familiar with room booking procedures and provide guests with the latest and most accurate room status information.
We are looking for someone who:
Have a warm working attitude, a certain ability to work under pressure, with good executive ability and team spirit;
Have certain communication skills, clear speech, cheerful and confident, strong language expression skills and interpersonal communication skills;
Standard Mandarin, polite conversation, sweet voice;
Proficient in basic office software operation, proficient in Chinese and English typing.
