- Review financial performance and interact with related stakeholders in Commercial team.
- Support Commercial in the formulation of their business and financial plan and prepare MBR/QBR review packages in Strategic Plan/AOP/Forecast cycles with proper commentary added.
- Analyze key variances and drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and provide appropriate decision support.
- Engaged in S&OP process to improve demand planning, inventory tracking and forecast accuracy.
- Work closely with S&M team on pricing policies and strategies. Create financial models where needed to support decision making
- Partner with commercial team to support customer agreement renewal procedure and price application process under various business scenarios
- Ensure consistent & timely financial reporting for Commercial and Function teams.
- Understand key business issues and support tailor made analysis reports as required
- Collaborate closely with Commercial & HR team in the setting of sales incentive programs.
- Complete actual performance tracking for Commercial team on quarter basis.
- Checking revenue, margin and OPEX during month end closing to understand any variance.
- Liaise with accounting team to ensure proper accounting booking.
- Bring financial support to ad-hoc projects.
- Act as system expert for reporting tools (OBIEE/EPBCS/Power BI).
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance
- Good in English communication (read/write)
- Minimum 2 years working experience in reporting/data analysis is required; audit firm experience is not preferred in this role; industry
- Proven skills in master data analysis and using reporting tools like Tableau/Power BI
