Know deeply of both mechanical & electrical system of power tools.
Tech communication internally and externally.
Product development
Experienced and knowledgeable of all corded/ cordless products covers all emerging countries;
Experienced and knowledgeable of all main competitor's performance.
Implement & Execute performance/quality criteria.
Familiar with whole development process.
Product quality/manufacturing
Managing quality complaints.
coordination with supplier and Q team for root-cause and resolution on complaints.
Supporting QMM in quality improvement measures development by collecting and transferring feedback from countries` aftersales.
Work with project team for quality improvement/maintenance with suppliers.
Know deeply about whole production process of power tools + supplier chain.
Qualifications
Bachelor of higher degree in engineering.
8 years of experience of power tools industrial. Experienced both in global and local companies is preferred.
