Main job responsibilities:Responsible for GSC (Global Supply Chain) digital project deployment. The PM will lead project team to follow SE Enterprise IT standard project management methodology & Technical standard to deliver GSC digital project on time, on budget with good quality according to business goals. The detailed responsibilities are as following:· Define project charter, organization, governance, plan, communication, and project deliverables, etc.· Lead/drive whole project deployment & quality control (for both SAP & non-ERP project) including requirement analysis, solution design, biz transformation, configuration, development, testing, training, data migration, release, etc.· Stick to project scope and apply necessary changes.· Ensure project resources with appropriate assignment and monitor project progress to adjust plan timely.· Be accountable for regular communication with related project stakeholders. Follow through all project risk & issues.· Ensure the project successful go live with agreed timeline, budget, acceptance criteria. And complete all mandatory project deliverables & smoothly transfer to operation team till project closure.· As Unify deployment PM to lead China Unify program deployment in GSC China entities, driving biz transformation, process standardization, SAP core & best of breed digital applications deployment.QualificationsREQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:· 5 years + solid project manager experience in SAP (project module should across MM, PP, WM, QM, SD) & non-ERP areas (SaaS based application & Java-based self- development project, etc.). Global supply chain related project experience is a must.· Has PMP certificate. Skillful in practical application of waterfall and agile development method.· Understanding IT technology like Web, SAP, software development lifecycle, security, infrastructure, etc.· Capable to drive biz transformation, process standardization & simplification, follow template approach to deploy global standard IT solution and achieve biz value.· Excellent internal and cross-functional communication skill. Strong ownership & teamwork spirit.
