- Develops new business, dig out and follow up design-in and design-win projects
- Manage key accounts
- Maintain the data on OneERP
- Reports the account plan, visit report, business review report
- Maintains good customer relationship
- Cross selling for solution and automotive products
- Supports marketing team for market survey, promotion plan
- University degree, major in drive technology or power electronics is preferred
- At least 5 years experience in sales, or relative field
- Eager to be successful, willing to take challenge with growth mindset
- Strong logic thinking ability, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Enhance good customer relationship ability
- Fluent in written and oral English
- Willing to travel often
