Responsible for GIP (Green Industrial Power) product quality issue at defined customer in Greater China region
- Develop quality support strategy for related customer and service improvement
- Manage China customer complaints
- QM support for design-in projects. Resolve quality problem to support business win
- Quality marketing / training to customer to promote IFX as Quality leader and enable new businesses
- Manage customer visits and audits
- Lead or support for critical issue
- Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering
- At least has 5 years' experience in Semiconductor industry and Quality
- +2 years' experience as Customer Quality Management
- Knowledge of IGBT/IPM Product
- BE/FE process knowledge
- Quality control methodology
- 8D problem solving skills
- Quality system know-how
- Quality audit experience
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good skill in speaking / writing in English
- Good communication skills
- Good problem solving and risk assessment skills
