项目经理（汽车网络安全）

• Evaluate the customer's cybersecurity and software update technology architecture with cybersecurity team, complete the preparation of assessment finding (40%)
• 与网络安全团队协作评估客户的网络安全和软件升级技术架构，完成审核报告,并推进包括汽车网络安全和软件升级型式认证、汽车网络安全和软件升级流程相关认证（40%）
• Collaborate with the sales team to connect with clients, clarify requirements, develop project plans, and coordinate internally and externally to manage risks throughout the entire project. (40%)
• 与销售合作对接客户，明确需求制定项目计划，对接内外部把控项目全过程风险（40%）
• Optimize internal audit technology and process, promote the continuous update of the knowledge base of network security and software upgrades, and track the international and domestic advanced technology research and development and process system
• Assist the cybersecurity knowledge system building for internal use;(10%)
• 优化内部审核技术及流程，推进网络安全和软件升级知识库不断更新，跟踪国际及国内先进技术研发和流程体系,与团队共同构建网络安全和软件升级知识体系（10%）
• Other task assigned by manager. (10%)
• 完成汇报经理分配的其他任务(10%)

• Degree in Security, Computer Science, Automotive or E&E Engineering, or equivalent;
• 网络（信息）安全、计算机科学、汽车、电子电器工程或同等学历的学士学位；
• At least 5 years development experience in automotive electronics, including 3 years automotive cybersecurity or software update experience;
• 至少五年汽车电子电器开发经验，包括3年网络安全或软件升级相关经验
• Familiar with E/E architecture, TARA method and common cybersecurity mitigations and software update technology;
• 熟悉整车电子电器架构，TARA分析方法论及常见的网络安全缓解措施和软件升级技术方案
• Experience in cybersecurity standard and Best practice . e.g ISO21434, SAE J3061, EVITA, ENISA,NIST etc.;
• 熟悉网络安全标准及最佳实践，例如ISO/SAE 21434、SAE J3061、EVITA、ENISA、NIST等
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• 较强的沟通和表达能力；
• Ability to cooperate with virtual global teams;
• 具备与全球团队合作的能力；
• Practical security and software update testing experience of products in this area would be a plus;
• 具备网络安全和软件升级测试经验的优先考虑
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 良好的口头和书面沟通技巧。
