Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Global Product ManagerYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Product Manager in optimizing the offer portfolio and return on investment. Each day, you will ensure that ABB has full understanding of market requirements in a specific area and can transform those requirements into offer specifications and development activities. You will also showcase your expertise by performing various offer lifecycle activities supporting the development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability.This role is contributing to the Smart Power business in China.You will be mainly accountable for:Identifying both potential gaps against the competition and new market opportunities.Analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, and setting market requirements for future developmentManaging existing solutions used in the market.Boosting market penetration in line with the AT/AU’s ambitionsDefining future features and services.Monitoring sales target fulfillment and taking appropriate actions.Working closely with market developers and the sales team to sustain business growth through configurator usage.Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

Master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred; Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent work experience also accepted.
Previous experience in a similar field is a plus.
Understanding of the global and local markets for Enclosure/Switchgear, with experience in sales, engineering, and operational projects is a plus.
Strong and well-developed communication, influencing, analytical, problem-solving, and results-oriented skills.
Teamwork, a penchant for innovation, attention to customers and stakeholders, and strong motivation are essential personal qualities.
Ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends, driven by curiosity and motivation.
