- Manage and improve existing end-to-end supply chain processes
- Translating business needs into supply chain activities such as cost reductions, improvement of service levels (e.g. on-time shipment performance), etc .
- Lead BU Order To Cash(OTC), Transportation Management & Distribution Network (TM & DNM) team: support, coach and develop team members
- Ensure supply chain costs to allow us to be competitive in the market
- Lead the optimization on customer services and enhance automation and customer focus
- Develop logistics concept and drive for excellence in Transportation Management and Distribution Network Management for the last mile distribution.
- Involve in S&OP planning for BU businesses
- Interact with JV partners
- Establish close working relationships with SC/logistics teams in JV
- Engage with JVs for the implementation of regional/global projects (e.g. NGBA, Passion for Future)
- Identify ways to improve joint planning or execution processes
- Develop supply chain solutions to support business growth or new business
- Drive SC solutions including logistics infrastructure, logistics services with BU head and Regional Marketing team for the pre-marketing in China supply
- Define future supply chain requirements for an integrated Verbund site for Petrochemicals customers, including on-site logistics, logistics infrastructure and services and smart supply chain solutions
- Working closely with the Verbund project and regional SCMRequirements:
- University graduate, major in business, engineering or supply chain
- Experience in managing upstream chemicals or oil & gas logistics and/or supply chain
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
