This is a HRBP role to sales function, give HR services to support business development for departments direct to sales.
  • According to business department recruitment needs, execute recruitment plans and complete store recruitment work.
  • Provide suggestions for the transfer and departure of employees in the business department and assist HRSSC in completing the transfer and departure procedures for employees.
  • Cowork with COE in digitalization, build up the HR dashboard for store to follow up key KPI in people.
  • Ensure timely collection and summary of store compensation information and organize relevant data to provide to the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payment of compensation.
  • Regularly communicate with employees in the store and pay attention to the dynamics of core employees.
  • Assist the store manager in talent management, team building, and cultural development to ensure the implementation of company culture in the store.
  • Work with store manager to create and maintain a high-performance culture and effective employee relations climate, consistent with company policies and values.
  • Support the HR projects implementation and process in store.
  • Handle various complaints and labour disputes from store employees, assist in completing labour dispute investigation and handling aftermath, and follow up on the implementation of personnel systems in the store.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of performance evaluation indicators for business departments, participate in performance evaluation, collect and analyze performance evaluation results, and propose effective performance improvement plans based on performance evaluation results.
  • Participate in talent inventory of business departments, analyse talent inventory results, and propose human resource solutions.
  • Assist the business department in formulating talent development plans, establish a human resources team, and ensure the sustainable supply of human resources for the business department.
Ideal Workplace|Downtown location
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 3-5 years HR experience, HRBP background is preferred.
  • Premium goods or luxury brand is preferred

  • Smart and self-driven
  • Fluent English oral and written.
  • Good Microsoft office skill especially excel and PPT.
