Highly skilled and experienced Senior GCP Data Engineer having overall experience more than 6 years
Provide strong leadership and guidance to the technical team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Demonstrate expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), utilizing its various services and tools to drive efficient and effective solutions.
Implement and maintain service management practices, ensuring optimal service delivery, incident management, and problem resolution.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the engineering practice. Mentor and coach team members in application architecture, data management, and AI technologies.

Requirements

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and tools like GCE, GCS, BigQuery, AirFlow, Cloud SQL, Networking, IAM and Google Cloud SDK
Strong DevOps experience on Terraform, Jenkins, Python and Shell script
Prompt engineering and hands-on experience with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and similar platforms. Exposure to AI concepts or participation in AI-related projects is considered an advantage.
Strong understanding of service management principles, with experience in incident management and problem resolution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in GCP and project management are highly desirable.
Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects
