- Manage customer needs, maintain records of all customer requirements, coordinate with internal project teams to ensure specific implementation, and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Manage financial metrics for projects under assigned customers to maintain healthy levels, promptly improve and enhance financial performance, etc.
- Customer requirement entry, production coordination, logistics and shipping tracking.
- Product delivery performance management, handling customer complaints and return processing matters.
- Monitor and supervise the project execution process, promptly address issues during project operations to ensure smooth progress;
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication and team building during project operations;
- Review and archive project-related documents;
- 2-3 years working experience of project management or CSR.
