We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our client's elite legal team, with a primary focus on data privacy, protection, and cybersecurity.This role will require expert-level counsel on cross-border data governance, compliance with global regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PDPL), and strategic risk mitigation for cyber threats. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Proven expertise in drafting privacy policies, negotiating data processing agreements, and managing regulatory audits
Strategic experience in building comprehensive data protection frameworks for global operations
Proactive oversight of cybersecurity incident response protocols and cross-jurisdictional legal compliance

Global presence and ongoing expansionCompetitive salaries and benefits packages

law degree from a recognized law school. A master's degree in law or a relevant field is a plus.

Legal Experience：5-10 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years specializing in international data compliance. Experience working in the MNCs, e - commerce, or technology industry is highly preferred.

Regulatory Knowledge：In-depth knowledge of data regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws in key markets where the company operates.
