- Conduct electrical failure analysis (EFA) on hard disk drives and related electronic components, accurately identify root causes, and propose feasible improvement solutions.
- Perform in-depth analysis of test data, HDD operation logs, and system logs to detect abnormal patterns and potential failure signals.
- Demonstrate expertise in component configuration analysis, and design stress/replication experiments to assist in root cause verification.
- Operate various failure analysis (FA) equipment proficiently, including oscilloscopes, probe stations, and other relevant tools.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with MFA, HFA, and MSL teams to identify the root cause
- Prepare comprehensive electrical failure analysis reports and present findings and recommendations clearly in internal meetings.
- Strong circuit analysis and fault isolation skills, with the ability to complete analysis tasks independently.
- Proficient in reading technical documentation and writing analysis reports in English, fluent in spoken language.
- Excellent initiative, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical failure analysis or related roles; experience in HDD, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Good knowledge in data analysis and Proficiency with data analysis tools such as JMP.
- Computer programming skills in Python(or C++).
- Capability in AI will be preferred.
