Job ObjectiveThis job is to provide application services to China business units and service units in conjunction with cross-region collaboration and deployment.Principal Responsibilities
  • Working with group teams, local teams and external vendor and partners to manage and deliver business initiatives and projects thru project life cycle to business units and service units.
  • Working closely and proactively with business units and service units on transformation, digitization, customer experience improvement and process optimization etc.
  • Working with local and cross-region teams to deliver system enhancements and ad-hoc tasks and requests.
  • IT enabling and transformation (re-platform, SRE, application modernization, EOL/EOS, Patch/NVS fixing).
  • Co-ordinate and maintain productive working relationships with service providers and work closely with teams on production issue analysis and resolving within SLA.
  • Compiles with bank polices, processes, procedures, and methodologies particularly in software development, project management and infrastructure deployment.
  • Risk management, Incident management, vendor management and people management.
Job DimensionsWork closely with local and regional teams to manage and deliver business initiatives and projects as well as to ensure the production stability and resilience.Requirements
  • Bachelor with 6-8 years of working experience or above
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in banking products and platforms especially on retail banking related with hands-on experience.
  • Experience in business analysis and translating business requirement into detailed technical design with total solution design and delivery.
  • Multiple project management skills and experience and be familiar with SDLC and Agile (PMP and Scrum master preferred).
  • Experience in production issue management including the RCA analysis, workaround identification and permanent fix.
  • At minimum, experience with 5 years of project management.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, strong ability to communicate with non-technical teams and multiple nations.
  • Proactive, positive, independent, teamwork, highly self-study and organized, and be able to work under pressure.
  • Bachelor or above, banking and Fin-tech background is preferable.
  • Solid knowledge in banking end-to-end processing is preferable.
