1. 承担技术创新并落地；
2. 参与核心产品功能模块的设计、开发、调试等工作，解决项目中的关键问题和技术难题；3. 作为主要人员参与制定电子（子）系统技术方案，为主管提供关键技术支持；4. 作为主要人员参与电子（子）系统技术方案评审、详细设计评审等，并提供建设性意见；5. 培训团队中的其他专业人员，并指导其他专业人员解决具体技术问题；6. 负责分析跟进疑难问题或痛点，发现潜在风险，进行系统分析给出体系解决方案并实施落地；7. 深入思考研发过程中的问题，提升团队的工作效率与改进研发质量，为产品的稳定可靠提供保障；8. 承担电子组件详细设计，包括原理图设计及PCB Layout；9. 承担电子组件的DV、EV以及PV试验，解决试验过程中出现的问题；10. 在产品的生命周期内支持生产、采购、市场以及售后团队；11. 制定技术规范和开发流程。工作要求：
1. 电子工程、电气工程或相关教育背景的本科及以上学历，6年以上电子电路设计的工作经验；
2. 熟悉产品与技术研发流程，了解产品开发质量体系和医疗器械法规；
3. 掌握高速电路设计、模拟电路设计；
4. 熟悉电子产品可靠性设计方法及测试方法；
5. 专业的分析和解决问题的能力，能独自面对挑战性问题；Staff Electronics EngineerJob Responsibilities:
1. Lead technical innovations and their implementation to enhance product competitiveness.
2. Design, develop, and debug core product modules, resolving critical project and technical challenges.3. Serve as a key contributor in defining the electronic (sub-)system technical solutions and support supervisors with critical technical inputs.4. electronic system technical reviews, including detailed design evaluations, providing constructive feedback.5. Train and guide team members, assisting them with technical problem-solving.6. Analyze and address complex issues or pain points, identify risks, and propose system-level solutions with implementation strategies.7. Continuously improve development efficiency and product quality to ensure stability and reliability.8. Handle detailed design of electronic components, including schematic and PCB layout design.9. Conduct DV, EV, and PV tests for electronic components, addressing issues encountered during testing.10. Support production, procurement, marketing, and after-sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.11. Develop technical standards and refine development processes.Work requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in electronic circuit design.
2. Familiarity with product and technology R&D processes, including quality systems and medical device regulations.3. Expertise in high-speed and analog circuit design.4. Proficiency in reliability design and testing methods for electronic products.5. Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities to independently tackle challenging issues.
