Within our Network Services team at Kyndryl, you will be the go-to expert for providing top-of-the-line technical solutions throughout the entire solution lifecycle. You will be responsible for creating local and wide-area network solutions that utilize multiple platforms and protocols, ensuring that our customers have the best possible network infrastructure to support their business needs.Your skills in routers, networking controllers, bridges, and networking software will be essential as you troubleshoot network issues and coordinate with vendors to install the latest hardware and software, such as routers and switches. Not only will you help keep our customer’s networks running smoothly, but you will also work on project implementation, conduct project planning and cost analysis, and build proof-of-concept solutions with networking system technology.In this role, you will have the opportunity to review project requirements, communicate them accurately to the team, and ensure they are appropriately fulfilled. You will use your expertise to design and implement local and wide-area network solutions, including IP and VOIP, that address customer requirements. Platform Development & Maintenance (Java/Python)Participate in functional iterations of the network self-service platform; develop backend core logic based on Java (Spring Boot) + Nacos, ensuring compatibility with existing company technology stacksWrite scripts for network automation data collection, configuration deployment, etc., interacting with the Java main platform via APIsDeploy on Alibaba Cloud; must be familiar with cloud platform operations, including but not limited to Alibaba CloudFamiliar with DevOps and CI/CD tool development workflowsAssist in maintaining frontend pages (Vue/React) and optimizing user interaction experienceProficiency in Python development is preferred2. AI Scenario Integration & Implementation (AIOps)Participate in exploring AI-enabled platform scenarios, e.g., building network troubleshooting Q&A assistants using LLMs, or performing traffic anomaly detection/root cause analysis based on historical dataResponsible for integrating AI models/APIs with existing O&M systems; write prompts or fine-tuning scripts to adapt to network O&M scenarios3. Automation & Data VisualizationMaintain CI/CD pipelines; use Ansible/SaltStack and other tools to optimize automated execution of network changes, reducing manual interventionWrite high-quality unit and integration test cases to ensure stability of automation scripts; familiar with common Linux commandsGenerate network operation reports using Echarts/Tableau or BI tools based on monitoring data (NetScout/Zabbix, etc.)Support network capacity planning and performance optimization through data analysisRequirements1. Development FundamentalsComputer science or related major; 3-5 years of development experienceProficient in Java; deep understanding of Spring Cloud Alibaba microservices architecture; skilled in core components such as Nacos, Sentinel, Gateway; hands-on experience in microservices decomposition, development, and O&MProficient in PostgreSQL; solid SQL writing, index optimization, and transaction handling skills; knowledge of database performance tuning and high-availability configurationFamiliar with enterprise private cloud deployment processes; capable of application deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in cloud environments; knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, K8s) is a plus2. Networking KnowledgeUnderstanding of fundamental network protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, HTTP/HTTPS, BGP/OSPF, etc.); able to communicate requirements effectively with network engineersPrior experience in network automation (NetDevOps) projects is preferred3. AI Potential & InterestStrong interest in applying AI technologies in O&M; familiar with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or foundational machine learning conceptsExperience calling AI APIs or developing with LangChain, or willingness to lead/participate in AI-related PoC (Proof of Concept) projects after onboarding4.
