1. MAIN DUTIES OF JOBa) Support to project. (Regular)

Independently setup and perform Mini-Mix trials and prototype development in support of ice cream programme
Assist TPL’s to make ice cream prototypes and/or make independently prototypes for TPL’s
Assist to conduct stability test
Support the ongoing ice cream mini-mix and pilot plant operations independently
Ensure hygienic operations of mini-mix activities
Although main focus is on ice cream mini-mix activities, it is regularly a requirement to support ice cream pilot plant activities when required

b) Office work (Regular Routine)

Learn and use internal/external system and development tools with guide
Apply LIMS/PLM…etc
Report of pilot plant trial & factory trial

c) Safety Champion for Ice Cream (optional)

Keep communication between Foods safety coordinator and group.
Accept necessary safety training from central SHEC office or coordinator, and share with group.
Self safety audit for each area regularly, and correct it or feedback to coordinator and related person.
Work with coordinator to finish safety document, such as safety risk assessment, near miss report.
