## Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leaderWe pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people.## Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesThe Purchasing Back Office Administrator is responsible for the administrative implementation of purchasing actionsThe candidate is responsible for:
  • Placing open orders, closed orders, and cancelling orders (for parts, tools, transport)
  • Launch price increase approval workflows (ePVS)
  • Updating prices in SAP after ePVS approval by purchasing Management
  • Management of blocked invoices for price differences – liaison with accounts payable dept
  • Filing and archiving the legal documents as orders, LTA, Tooling investment, QAA…
  • Supplier creation workflow creation (MDM)
  • Tracking the suppliers’ reply for signature, contracts, RFQ, …
  • Leading the communication between different departments linked to the purchasing organization
  • Making sure that the purchasing policy is applied in line with Internal control principles
## Your profile and competencies to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or in Purchasing (with one year experienced) OR apprenticeship with business background and 2 – 3 years’ experience in an industrial context
  • interest in purchasing actions.
  • Focus on rigour, exactness, and strong ability to communicate.
  • Being able to work in a matrix organization and with IT tools.
  • Responsiveness and problem resolutions skills
  • English Fluency
  • SAP knowledge
